General managrt: Mr. Zeng liangmou.Start his business after he had study abroad in Japan .  Had over 15 years experiance of manufacturing jewelry.And he also good at management: Such as daily note, meeting ,and have dinner with the worker at the end of the month.
Deputy general manager: Mr.Li Haojie is the oldest man in our factory ,he used managing a Export cpmpany,and has many experiance of foreign trade. He control the trade department.
Sales manager( China) : Kelly Zhang. She used as the worker of the factory and very familar aboat the jewelry and quility,
QC Manager: Zhou Mei'e ,She worked in our factory since 2003. She take care of every procedure. There are 5 times need QC in our factory /per goods.  She and the QC department assure the quility of our factory.
Engineering dept manager: Yin Nengzhan. Creat the new style and making new samples. Familar aboat every machine of our factory. His department is very important to our factory because we need new thing to attracting the client.
Production manager:  Mr Wu Hancai,  control the deliver time and woring procedure.  Make sure the goods can finished in time.
